Delivery Information

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Deliveries will be made to the exterior of your property only, so please ensure that someone is available to receive and safely carry the boxes indoors without assistance. Deliveries are scheduled for weekdays between 8am and 6pm. Each box typically weighs more than 10kg and may be large or bulky, depending on the size of the product ordered. Deliveries will be made to the ground floor only.

Sometimes, our delivery partner may need to split your delivery into multiple van loads. We will inform you of the total number of boxes to expect in your dispatch notification.

We recommend opening and checking the contents of all boxes as soon as possible after delivery. Please do not schedule installation until you have confirmed that your complete order has arrived and is in good condition.

What to Do if Your Packaging is Damaged

If the outer cardboard packaging is damaged, don’t worry. Your shutters are wrapped in several layers for protection, so it’s unlikely that the contents are affected. We advise opening all boxes promptly to inspect the products inside.

If you find any damage to your shutters, please email us at [Your Customer Service Email] with the name of the affected item, the specific part affected, and a photograph showing the issue. Our customer relations team will assist you and arrange replacements if necessary.

What to Do if Your Order is Delayed

If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do everything possible to ensure it is dispatched and delivered to you promptly. However, as our estimated dispatch times are our best estimates, we cannot offer a discount if your order arrives later than initially expected.
