Standard lead times are approximately 12–14 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the order size and specification. Once your shutters arrive at our UK dispatch centre, we arrange prompt delivery to you.

We provide detailed technical drawings for your approval, ensuring everything is clear and accurate. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll discuss it with you directly before moving forward.

If there’s any damage during transit or a manufacturing issue, we’ll resolve it quickly — including offering a remake if necessary.
