Our shutters are manufactured by our trusted partner factory in China and shipped directly to us in the UK. Standard lead times are approximately 12–14 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the order size and specification. Once your shutters arrive at our UK dispatch centre, we arrange prompt delivery to you.

We don't currently operate a public showroom, as we focus on keeping costs low for our trade clients. However, we’re happy to provide sample materials and offer guidance on measuring and installing shutters through our online portal and support team.

We understand that mistakes can happen, which is why we take extra steps to avoid them. Every order placed through our customer portal is reviewed before production begins. We provide detailed technical drawings for your approval, ensuring everything is clear and accurate. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll discuss it with you directly before moving forward.

We work hard to ensure your shutters arrive in perfect condition and match the approved specifications. If there’s any damage during transit or a manufacturing issue, we’ll resolve it quickly — including offering a remake if necessary. While we rely on the measurements provided by you, we’re always here to assist if anything goes wrong and will do our best to help find a solution.
