Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the supply of shutters and related services by us to our trade customers via our customer portal. All products are made-to-measure and produced based on the specifications confirmed by you.

2. Who We Are

We are Jubee Shutters and Blinds Ltd, a UK-based supplier of high-quality plantation shutters for trade professionals. You can contact us via the details provided on our website or through the customer portal.

3. Orders and Contract

ll orders must be submitted through the trade customer portal. Once an order is submitted, we will provide technical drawings for approval. The order will not proceed to production until its confirmed by you. At that point, a contract is formed, and an invoice is issued.

4. Products

All shutters are made to your specified dimensions. You are responsible for submitting accurate measurements.

Due to natural variations in materials (such as Paulownia or Basswood), minor differences in colour, tone, or texture may occur.

5. Changes to Orders

Changes can only be accepted prior to production. Once manufacturing has started, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.

6. Delivery

Products are manufactured by our partner factory in China and shipped to the UK.

Delivery times are typically 12–14 weeks from order confirmation, though delays may occur due to shipping or customs.

We will notify you when your order is ready. Delivery will be scheduled upon full payment.

7. Responsibility for Goods

Goods become your responsibility upon delivery to the provided address. You own the goods once full payment has been received.

8. Issues With Orders

If goods are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and affected items. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the case.

9. Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty on structural defects, warping, and significant discolouration for all hardwood and PVC shutters. Warranty claims must include photographic evidence and must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

10. Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices must be settled by the due date stated. Late payments may incur interest charges.

11. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure safe access and a suitable environment for any site visits (e.g., for installation).​

12. Samples

We provide trade customers with colour samples, full swatch kits, or sample cases upon request. These are ideal for home visits with end users and are not available through the customer portal.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
